Through this initiative, JCI Mauritius is keen to promote creative young entrepreneurs as enthusiastic individuals who took the opportunity to start a new business or have improved an existing one. Furthermore, this JCI Mauritius flagship program is a networking platform for entrepreneurs, partners, and the public. ..... honoring young entrepreneurs in the Mauritian community THE 2024 CYE PROGRAM We are looking for creative young entrepreneurs that have started a new business using creativity in product development, service development, and their approach to the market. Or, they have taken an existing business and incorporated creativity to solve a problem, or change a process, to create positive change in their business operations. Our communities are full of young entrepreneurs who have used their imagination in solving problems and approaching the market. Our efforts in promoting this contest will assist in learning about, and honoring, these young entrepreneurs in our community. Objectives of 2024 JCI Mauritius C YE To further JCI Mission To be the leading entrepreneurship program in Mauritius. To put the entrepreneurial activities of the youth of Mauritius in the media limelight. To promote and support business creativity and new enterprise development in general. To put the entrepreneurial activities of the youth of Mauritius in the media limelight. To encourage entrepreneurs of Mauritius to network and share best practices Our participation criteria for the 2024 CYE Program Applications are reserved for individuals of Mauritius Nationality aged between 18 to 40 years old . JCI members who are not part of the 2024 JCI Mauritius CYE organizing team can participate. Businesses must already be active (Minimum 3 months) either a new business or has improved an existing one. Participants must provide a strong business plan, with realistic budget figures and other supportive evidence. In case participants are selected for an interview, they need to have the ability to present and speak about their business goals in an articulate and numerate manner. Past CYE participants can apply excluding winners .
